- Enrichment from notes: a license plate typed into a note is looked up automatically for its registered owner
- Three kinds of report: an operations report for internal use, a case report for law enforcement, and a redacted case report that withholds victim names
- Operations planning built from what the case already knows
- Maps and link analysis within one case or across many, with open-source and licensed data connected by API
- Recovery: when a person is rescued, the case converts to recovery
